The kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, fridge, and electric stove, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. The suite also features a washer and dryer with complimentary supplies such as detergent, an iron, and an ironing board. Plenty of free street parking is available around the home, but there is no driveway parking. Located in the picturesque Keswick neighborhood of southwest Edmonton, this basement suite offers guests a tranquil retreat in a modern, family-friendly community. Keswick draws inspiration from England's Lake District, featuring thoughtfully designed streetscapes, lush green spaces, and scenic walking trails. This area is ideal for visitors seeking a peaceful suburban experience with convenient access to nature. The neighborhood boasts constructed wetlands, expansive parks, and a network of trails perfect for leisurely strolls or morning jogs. Its proximity to the River Valley provides opportunities for outdoor activities and picturesque views. Keswick is just a short drive from major roadways, allowing easy access to downtown, the Edmonton International Airport, and other parts of the city. Nearby amenities include shopping centers, dining options, and recreational facilities, ensuring guests have everything they need within reach. This is a non-party home. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No smoking of any kind is allowed, and a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. Quiet time hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, as the owners of the home live upstairs, so we have neighbors to respect. No pets are allowed in the home. The maximum occupancy of this property is 4 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after the 11 AM check-out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check-out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. Do not tamper with any fire alarms, smoke detectors, or security cameras on the property. These devices are in place for everyone’s safety. If any are found to be tampered with or disabled, a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system. Registration Number: 589430833-001
