There is a small loading/unloading spot to the left of the home for luggage drop-off and parking pass pick-up. Paid parking spots are also abundant in the surrounding area. Pets are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet fee per dog under 50 lbs, with inquiries for additional dogs welcome. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets, and additional charges will apply if dog feces are not properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Situated in the heart of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine, this apartment puts you steps away from amazing shops, restaurants, and bars. Everything the city has to offer is right outside your front door. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Guests are liable for any property damage caused during their stay. Early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door; tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
