The resort features two clubhouses, The Retreat Club and The Oasis Clubhouse, offering over 20,000 square feet of amenities. Enjoy resort-style pools with water slides, a lazy river, kid’s splash parks, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a tiki bar, and a movie theater. The luxurious air-conditioned cabanas are perfect for a day by the pool. The Grille offers poolside service or dining in the comfort of the clubhouse. Champions Gate also features an 18-hole golf course. Inside the home, enjoy contemporary furnishings, a full kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances, in-unit laundry with a full-size washer and dryer, and flat-screen HDTVs in all bedrooms. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Optional pool heating is available at $35 per day with a minimum of two consecutive days, and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A BBQ fee is $50 per stay, and includes one propane tank. The home offers two parking spaces, one in the garage and one on the driveway, with additional street parking available. This home is close to iconic Orlando destinations: Disney World is 14 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles, Sea World is 18 miles, and Legoland is 27 miles. Reserved off-street parking is available, along with additional free street parking. Noise restrictions are in place between 11 PM and 8 AM. Parking is only allowed in designated areas, and each vehicle requires a parking/gate pass. Trash must be placed in bags and put in the bin by the front door; loose trash incurs a $50 fee. No pets, extra guests, parties, events, or smoking are allowed. The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
