The full kitchen features quartz counters and stainless appliances, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, basic pots and pans, and kitchen utensils. For entertainment, there are smart HDTVs in every bedroom and high-speed 500 Mbps internet. Enjoy the lanai, private pool, spa, sun loungers, pool safety gate, pool toys, and outdoor dining area. The loft upstairs includes Connect 4, Scrabble, Jenga, movies, board games, and cards. Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per day and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A $70 barbecue fee will be charged per stay, which includes barbecue cleaning, a propane tank, and barbecue utensils. Conveniently located minutes away from Orlando's world-famous theme parks, shopping, and dining destinations, this home is near many attractions. Disney World is 18 minutes away, Epcot is 15 minutes away, Animal Kingdom is 20 minutes away, Hollywood Studios is 16 minutes away, Sea World is 26 minutes away, Islands of Adventure is 22 minutes away, Legoland is 57 minutes away and Fun Spot America is 15 minutes away. The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, featuring a lazy river, two-story water slide, kids’ splash zone, tiki bar, full-service restaurant, movie theater, game room, fitness center, sand volleyball, and tennis courts, is a 6-minute drive away. The Retreat Club, featuring a zero-entry family pool, large water slides, mini-golf, splash pad, bar, and kids’ activities, is a 4-minute drive away.
