It offers direct beach access and is the perfect spot for a couples’ getaway or small family vacation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow is fully equipped and includes linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps at check-in. The kitchen is perfect for light meals, snacks, or coffee breaks and features a full kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, black fridge, natural wood cabinets, a high-top dining table for 2, a coffee maker, and basic cookware. There is a large walk-in shower with glass doors and a dark wood vanity with a medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The living area includes a comfy futon, smart TV, TV stand, and ceiling fan. The bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, storage closet, bedside tables, and lamps. Free access to the detached laundry area is available in a locked closet on the left side of the main house and is shared with Unit 2. Free parking is available for 1 vehicle in a designated space. One pet is allowed per reservation with a pet fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days or $250 for stays longer than 7 days. With direct access to the beach, this bungalow is also close to the intracoastal for fishing and a short walk to Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty. In the event of a party, the police will be contacted and you will be removed immediately without a refund and charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages.
