Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles per condo. Starting August 4, 2025, the building will undergo exterior repairs, which may restrict balcony access and limit access to the condo at times. Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fee per night, and parties or special events are not permitted without prior approval.
