The smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is permitted after this time. If we have to move furniture back to its original position after your stay, you will be charged $50 per hour to do so. Unapproved late checkout fee is $50 for every 30 minutes, plus any refunds or charges that the next guest incurs due to your late checkout. Early check-ins will incur a fee, typically $30-50, but may be more depending on how early you want to check in.
