This villa features 6 spacious bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 2 large living areas, a cinema, a pool and spa, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a free washer and dryer. If you would like to add pool heating and/or hot tub heat to your reservation, please kindly let us know within 48 hours of booking, and we will arrange to set that up for you for $50 per day for the entirety of the stay. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. Located in the fun-filled luxury gated community of Reunion, you'll feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. It is conveniently located near I-4, providing easy access to Disney (4mi), Universal (14mi), and SeaWorld (12mi). Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
