This entire rental unit offers six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across a thoughtfully laid-out home. Two large living areas create flexibility for downtime, whether some are watching TV while others settle into the game console or cinema-style set-up. The full kitchen is designed for easy group meals, and a washer and dryer are available for convenience. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. If you would like to add pool and hot tub heat to your reservation, please kindly let us know within 48 hours of booking, and we will arrange to set that up for you for $50 per day for the entirety of the stay. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied subject to up to $150 security deposit. Located in Reunion, this home places you close to Central Florida’s most popular attractions. Disney is just 4 miles away, with Universal and SeaWorld also within easy driving distance. A car is recommended to explore Orlando’s attractions. Reunion Resort is conveniently located near I-4, providing easy access to Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport. The community is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided.
