This spacious home includes two living areas, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a free washer and dryer. Enjoy the private heated pool and spa. Enjoy exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse for an additional fee. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort in Davenport, this home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out for shopping, while Walt Disney World® Resort is nearby. Enjoy world-class meals with family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away. It is 35 minutes from Disney, 40 minutes from Universal Studios, and 35 minutes from SeaWorld. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 14. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Up to two cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per the HOA rules. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
