This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls.
