There is a washer and dryer available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Fitness center access and two complimentary parking codes are provided for 2-bedroom units. Pets are welcome, with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
