The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 to January 2026. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. Verify with us if you will have access to your balcony during your stay, as no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and possible ejection.
