This condo features a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and access to two large pools (one heated during the winter season), two outside hot tubs, kiddy pools, a tiki bar, a sundeck with lounge chairs, charcoal grills, tennis courts, a fitness center, an indoor spa, a business center, a gift shop/convenience store, onsite laundry facilities, and Bikini Bob`s Restaurant. Onsite parking is available. Within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and attractions, you'll find something for everyone. Enjoy some of the best ice cream Panama City has to offer at Kilwin's in Pier Park, or head to Gulf World Marine Park to feed sharks and learn about sea life. With such a convenient location, everything you need is nearby. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fine and ejection. The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust.
