Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is 10am. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Locals must communicate with the host before booking. Any sign or smell of smoke will incur a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Complaints from neighbors regarding noise are taken seriously, with quiet time observed from 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from the property without refund. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property and its furnishings.
