The Bayou bar and grill is half a mile away, offering fantastic food, waterfront views, and live music. Lake Mars pier is great for fishing and is also located half a mile away. The fireplace is not to be used. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests swim at their own risk. A liability waiver due to the pool must be electronically signed before the access code is given; failure to do so before arrival will cause delays in checking in. No events or parties of any kind are permitted. Exterior security cameras have been installed for the safety of both guests and property, recording audio and video outside the home.
