The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower and a luxurious soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms are available: one with a queen bed and Smart TV, and another with bunk beds (one full and one twin mattress). The property is equipped with high-speed wireless internet. Out back, in the fully fenced-in yard, you will find an in-ground pool and an outdoor kitchen. There is also a 200-square-foot pool house with an air mattress for additional sleeping space. You'll find yourself nearby the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs, with its many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops. The Bayou bar and grill is half a mile away, offering fantastic food, waterfront views, and live music. Lake Mars pier is great for fishing and is also located half a mile away. The fireplace is not to be used. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests swim at their own risk. A liability waiver due to the pool must be electronically signed before the access code is given; failure to do so before arrival will cause delays in checking in. No events or parties of any kind are permitted. Exterior security cameras have been installed for the safety of both guests and property, recording audio and video outside the home. The guest limit of seven people will be strictly enforced, and a waiver will need to be electronically signed for all people on the property. It is not meant for social gatherings.
