If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late check-out fee.
