The bunks are perfect for kids, and the open floor plan is ideal for maximizing family time. A shared washer and dryer are available. Parking is available for a fee, and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. An air mattress in the closet is available for guest use. This centrally located apartment will put you directly across from the beach and only steps from shopping, dining, and attractions. Saint Andrews State Park is just a short drive away for hiking, cycling, and immersing yourself in nature. Whether you want to shop for souvenirs, ride go-karts, or play miniature golf, it’s all just moments away! No dogs are welcome in this home, and no other animals are allowed without approval. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Parties are not allowed. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
