Please make sure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or rocks & PLEASE CLOSE ALL DOORS) or outside of the home. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home (ie smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc) will cause for an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000. Any and all planned or spontaneous special events or gatherings are subject to approval and a fee. Please be advised that at the first mention of any complaint, evidence of rule violation, noise disturbance, or any other unruly behavior will result in your FIRST & FINAL WARNING. Upon the SECOND complaint, noise disturbance, or unruly behavior, your entire group will be asked to vacate the property as you are in direct violation of our house rules.
