The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway for the main house and 1 spot for the carriage house. There is also one additional parking spot in the front yard for the main house. This property is nestled in a very peaceful family neighborhood, offering a serene escape between the vibrant heart of downtown Savannah and the pristine sands of Tybee Island beach. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. Identity verification is required for all guests age 18 years or older. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is 1 security camera in the driveway and 1 video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove make-up or clean something that could stain them. Usage of the hot tub as well as going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk. Taking fish out of the private lake is not allowed. There is a noise monitoring device from Minut which measures decibel levels; it does not record audio for privacy reasons. If the device is tampered with, a notification will be sent. Before booking this property guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules.
