The apartment includes a 50" HD smart TV, a kitchen with silverware, in-unit laundry, AC and heating for full temperature control, and hotel caliber pillows. Enjoy access to the on-site gym and the spacious shared pool area. Free high-speed Wi-Fi with up to 300 mbps upload/download speeds is available. Free parking for one spot is extremely close to the unit. Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, subject to approval. Late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, subject to approval. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, or a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Enjoy excellent dining options directly outside the community. Whole Foods Market, Target, Walmart, and Trader Joe’s are all within a short walk or drive. Ben T Davis Beach is just 9 minutes away, and other beaches like Davis Islands Beach, Picnic Island, and Clearwater Beach are within a 35-minute drive. Explore nearby attractions such as Glazer Children’s Museum, Tampa Theatre, and the Tampa Riverwalk. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls are allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment. There is a $100 fee per unregistered pet. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob.
