Inside, you'll find 5 cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds, 3 well-appointed bathrooms with essentials provided, and a spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. Parking is available on the driveway for 4 vehicles, with additional street parking also available. Conveniently located just 10 miles from downtown Houston, this home is a short half-mile from I-10, providing easy access to major destinations including the Houston Ship Channel and a variety of restaurants. The neighborhood is an older area built in the late 1950s, with surrounding commercial areas including a ship channel and refinery within a few miles, which may result in industrial traffic on the main road. Check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized overstays will incur a mandatory fee of $100 per hour, and overstays exceeding two hours past checkout will be charged the daily base rate. Early check-in before 11 AM may be possible for a fee of $200, and any check-in before 10 AM will incur a $200 early check-in fee. Early check-in and late check-out are charged $50/hr. Guests use the pool and bunk beds at their own risk. In Houston's humid and warm weather, no refunds will be issued for pest activity, as regular pest control is performed. Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture; if hair is found, linens will be replaced and charged. The pool depth reaches 9 ft in the deep end; use at your own risk, and no diving is permitted. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised. Do not put food and drinks on the pool table. The property is not responsible for any packages ordered by guests.
