Note that this apartment is in a lively downtown area, and some city noise should be expected. This apartment features a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and tea, dinnerware, cookware, and cooking and cleaning essentials. You'll also have access to a noise machine, earplugs, blackout shades, bed and bath linens, and split-type AC. For your convenience, there is an in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and laundry detergent. Paid valet parking is available for $40 per night (vehicle max height 6'8", no trucks). Pets are welcome for $25 plus tax per night (2 pet max, capped at $250 plus tax per month). Encompassing the city’s busiest and most densely packed cultural, historical, and entertaining neighborhoods, Center City features Philly’s premier downtown area as well as an ever-expanding skyline. It’s also home to the city’s most historic neighborhoods and many tourist attractions. As a primary destination for travelers, Center City boasts a majority of the biggest and toniest hotels in the region and more restaurants, bars, and cafes than any other part of the city. Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell Center are a short walk away. Philadelphia is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. You'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations nearby. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of our non-smoking policy. Tampering with any of these devices is a direct violation of our house rules. Violations are subject to fines, starting at $250, for each occurrence in order to pay to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair.
