Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but advance notice will always be provided whenever possible. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. This building is 100% non-smoking, and no smoking or vaping of anything is allowed inside the unit, balconies, or on building premises. Chicago law also prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any building entrance, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. This is a quiet and upscale residential building, so please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. No events or parties are allowed during your stay in this unit or in the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property.
