The apartment features a plush queen bed with hotel-quality linens and ample storage, a modern bathroom stocked with essential toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. The comfortable living area includes a Smart TV for streaming Netflix, Hulu and more. For longer stays, an in-suite washer and dryer are available. Air conditioning and heating are provided to stay comfortable year-round. Furry friends are welcome (max 2) for an additional cleaning fee: short stays (1-5 nights) are $75 total, medium stays (6-28 nights) are $200 total, and long stays (29+ nights) are $300 total. Cats are also welcome and a small additional cleaning fee applies. Deep Ellum, with its vibrant street art, live music, bars, and restaurants, is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk away. Fair Park, home of museums, seasonal events, and the Cotton Bowl Stadium, is a 5-minute drive away. Downtown Dallas, with its shopping, nightlife, theaters, and arts district, is a 10-minute drive away. Klyde Warren Park, a green space for picnics, food trucks, and outdoor events, and Reunion Tower, an iconic observation deck with panoramic city views, are also a 10-minute drive away. The American Airlines Center, Globe Life Field, Dallas Museum of Art and Nasher Sculpture Center are all within a 15 minute drive. White Rock Lake, Trinity Groves and the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge are a 20 minute drive. Local walking trails, parks, and biking spots are nearby. UT Southwestern Medical Center is a 10-minute drive, while Dallas College and Southern Methodist University are a 15-minute drive. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will incur a $1000 fine. Parties or social gatherings are not allowed and any group found to be deceitful will incur a $1000 surcharge. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-out time is at 10AM and a $50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10AM. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability and a 48 hours notice minimum prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners and any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
