You’re also minutes from the MBTA Green Line (C and D branches), providing quick access to downtown Boston, Fenway Park, museums, and local universities. The nearby neighborhoods of Coolidge Corner and Brookline Village offer a vibrant mix of cafes, restaurants, green spaces, and independent shops, along with local gems just a few blocks away such as the Coolidge Corner Movie Theatre and John F. Kennedy National Historic Site. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the D line, Longwood Stop, a 7-minute walk to Brookline Village, a 12-minute walk to Coolidge Corner, a 7-minute walk to the C line Kent St stop, and a 10-15 minute walk to Longwood Medical hospitals. There is a $150 lost key fee. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including information about the property.
