The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a fourth bedroom with a double bed, and a fifth bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a double bed. The home features two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite in the primary bedroom. The living room is equipped with one of the two large TVs in the house, perfect for gathering and entertaining. Enjoy cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, and head to the bright, fully loaded kitchen for all your cooking needs. The backyard contains a large pool perfect for cooling off during a hot summer day, with a fenced-in yard for complete privacy. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, with an additional $39 per night for each guest beyond that. The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Please note that the pool is not heated. Nestled in the Creek Crossing neighborhood of Mesquite, this home is conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and not too far from DFW Airport. Mesquite boasts plenty of attractions, including the Mesquite Rodeo, Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, and the Rows of Texas, all just under 10 minutes away. For family fun, Celebration Station offers batting cages, go-karts, an arcade, laser tag, paintball, and mini-golf. Mesquite Golf Club is less than 20 minutes away, and the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is within a 10-mile radius. Whether you’re interested in sports, history, art, nature, shopping, or delicious Texas food, Mesquite has something for everyone. The property has a no parties or large gatherings policy, and only registered guests are allowed. Unregistered guests could incur extra fees. Smoking indoors is prohibited, and any violation may result in a penalty depending on the severity of the incident. Smoking outdoors is allowed, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. The fireplace is gas-operated and should be used with caution. The home has a noise alert device to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances.
