The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, making it convenient to get around by car. The condo is located in the heart of the city, and guests may encounter houseless individuals smoking or drinking around the area and outside the building. The building is currently under construction, with blowers in the lobby and hallways to manage odors. Guests can turn them off if they find them too loud at night. The AC is a PTAC system controlled by the HOA without a thermostat, which may be problematic during transition seasons. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00.
