If you find the parking lot uncomfortable at night, consider finding another nearby parking lot. There are paid laundry facilities in the basement of the building. Each area has its own special flair and flavor, characterized by a high-powered mix of restaurants, attractions, and commerce. The apartment is just 10 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and within walking distance to attractions like the Atlanta Convention Center at AmericasMart, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Peachtree Center MARTA, Coca-Cola place, CNN Center/Omni Atlanta Hotel, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Georgia World Congress Center. Peachtree Center Marta Station is 3 blocks away, providing convenient access to the airport, Midtown, and Buckhead. The condo is also near the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, making it easy to get around by car. You are a short Uber or Lyft ride from anything Downtown or Midtown, and BYRD scooters are available for rent outside the building. The condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, allowing access to the Beltline in 10 minutes. The condo is located in the heart of the city, and like other city centers in the US, there may be houseless individuals smoking or drinking around the area and outside the building. The building is currently under construction, with blowers in the lobby and hallways to remove smells. If the blowers are too loud at night, you can turn them off. The AC is a PTAC system controlled by the HOA without a thermostat, which may be problematic during transition seasons. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00, and the space is for residential use only, not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.
