Please note that there are no elevators at this property, so guests need to walk upstairs. The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, 4K 58" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a king-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, reading lamps, and a 43" smart TV. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night is required. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. You’re close to hospitals/clinics, museums, universities, great restaurants, cozy cafés, neighborhood markets, and scenic parks. Nearby places include Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (16.3 miles), Cleveland Medical Center (0.2 mile), and Cleveland Botanical Garden (1.1 miles). Restaurants and bars include Presti's Bakery (0.4 mile), Etna (0.3 miles), and Mama Santa's (0.4 miles). If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. If the parking pass is not printed, we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
