Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, or a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, subject to approval. Late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, subject to approval. Free parking is available. Minutes away from Downtown Tampa, enjoy all of Tampa from this location! Many excellent dining options are directly outside the community. Groceries are conveniently located, with Whole Foods Market a 2-minute walk away, and Target and Walmart a short 3-minute drive. Raymond James Stadium is a 3-minute drive, and Amalie Arena is a 9-minute drive. Ben T Davis Beach is a 9-minute drive, and Tampa Theatre and the Tampa Museum of Art are a 6-minute drive. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls are allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. There is a $100 fee per unregistered pet. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Maintenance does not warrant a refund.
