Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; the first violation will result in a complimentary warning, the second will result in a $100 fine, and the third will result in immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs. No Pitbulls are allowed.
