Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of such will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Noise detection monitors are present. Guests are reminded to check their belongings before departure, as we are not responsible for any items left behind. If any items are left behind and need to be mailed back, there will be a $100 charge. To maintain privacy and security, guests are strictly prohibited from having any packages, mail, or deliveries sent to this address during their stay, with a penalty of $50 for any items sent. Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras, with a warning issued for the first offense and reservation cancellation without a refund for the second offense.
