Enjoy breathtaking city views from the comfort of your own space, or step outside to explore the vibrant local scene. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Gather around the dining table for memorable meals or unwind in the inviting living room with a flat-screen TV and cable access. This property is packed with amenities to enhance your stay, including air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and essential toiletries. Safety features such as smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a carbon monoxide detector ensure peace of mind during your visit. Kitchen amenities include a toaster, electric kettle, Oster blender, coffee maker, and Folger's coffee, professional-grade knife set, and Pyrex food storage containers. Assorted spices and olive oil from a sustainable, zero-waste industry leader are also provided. We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk or bike to anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer's Market each Sunday to the city's best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out to explore the local vibe. Coffee shops are plentiful in the neighborhood with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great. Explore the city's best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, and Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl. Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer. If you're into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks. Sloan's Lake is the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park. We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. The property does not have a designated parking lot, street parking is the available option. Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out. Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag drop-off, in the event early check-in is not available, can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval. Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages. An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
