Relax in the large living area by the fireplace, or gather in the formal dining area. The gorgeous, bright kitchen boasts a stunning quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinets. The backyard is an amazing space with a large pool, a covered patio area, and is completely fenced-in for privacy, with ample patio seating. A covered garage is available and can fit 2 cars. A baby crib and highchair are available. Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped laundry room with a washer/dryer, vacuum, and cleaning products. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Situated in the beautiful tree-lined Oaks neighborhood of Garland, Texas, you'll be conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, 35 minutes to DFW airport, and a few minutes from the I-30. Garland offers a diverse city with urban appeal and fascinating history, along with numerous parks and forest preserves. Lake Ray Hubbard is a 6-minute drive away, offering relaxation and a special Bass Pro Shops. The Garland Landmark Museum is 17 minutes away, and San Martino Winery and Vineyards is 20 minutes away. Two water parks, Hawaiian Falls and Surf and Swim, are 18 and 9 minutes away, respectively. Historic Downtown Garland, a National Register of Historic Places, is a local gem with shops, cafes, restaurants, and live music. Firewheel Town Center, an open-air shopping complex, is 15 minutes away. AT&T Stadium is a 40-minute drive, and Universal Kids Resort is a 43-minute drive. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
