Enjoy the private fenced backyard with a swimming pool, fire pit with 8 chairs, dining table seating 6 guests, pool chairs and bar stools, and outdoor games like cornhole and giant Jenga. Park your vehicles safely inside the driveway. Located within 10 minutes of all the best of Memphis, this home is the perfect home base for your Memphis adventures. It is 2 minutes from Overton Square, 4 minutes from the Memphis Zoo, 5 minutes from Victorian Village, Cooper Young, and Sun Studio, 8 minutes from Beale Street/Downtown, 9 minutes from the National Civil Rights Museum, 10 minutes from the University of Memphis and the Pink Palace, 15 minutes from Memphis International Airport, and 20 minutes from Graceland. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside; if you smoke outside, please pick up all remnants. No pets are allowed; there will be a $250 fee for unapproved pets. No visitors or parties are allowed; the maximum amount of people allowed at any time is the amount listed on the reservation. There will be a $500 fee if there are any parties or more than the number of guests listed on the reservation at the property without prior approval. A violation of these rules may result in an additional fee and an immediate termination of your stay. All fireplaces are for decor only and are not useable. This property includes security features such as Nest floodlight cameras, Schlage smart locks for self check-in, and an alarm system for your safety and peace of mind. There is one camera on the front of the house, one camera on the back of the house, and one camera on the driveway, and these cameras will be on during your stay. Please be mindful of the quiet hours outdoors as we are in a residential neighborhood with very kind neighbors.
