Pets are welcome with a fee, and only dogs are allowed with a maximum of two per reservation. Parking is strictly enforced, and vehicles must be parked fully within the paved area of the driveway. Some amenities, including the heated pool and BBQ grill, carry an additional fee. Nestled just minutes from Walt Disney World and other world-famous Orlando attractions, Bella Vida Resort is a gated, Mediterranean-style vacation community offering luxury, convenience, and comfort in one beautiful setting. The resort features a grand clubhouse with a welcoming lobby, a resort-style swimming pool, a hot tub, and plenty of poolside loungers for soaking up the Florida sun. Guests will receive a door lock code which will be active 20 minutes prior to check-in time. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. The A/C temperature must remain set at or above 72ºF to prevent system issues. Parking on the street is prohibited and will result in towing.
