The Bedroom features a king-size bed and a day bed, perfect for lounging under the dramatic skylight. The living room boasts a comfortable and large couch, with an air mattress available upon request for additional guests. The bathroom offers a private WC, a glamorous clawfoot tub, and a separate oversized shower. The kitchen is equipped with a full oven and range, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher, and bar-height seating for five. The kitchen and living room share one large space with herringbone wood floors, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. Cold drinks for sale are available in the fridge for easy access on your way in or out. The Carriage House is ideally situated in the Pendleton neighborhood, just steps from all the entertainment and nightlife OTR has to offer, with plenty of historical Italianette charm. You can walk almost anywhere in OTR from this location, and a streetcar stop is just a block and a half away on Main Street. Guests should be aware that Bar Saeso's patio is busy and plays music during operating hours, but closes at 10:00 pm to allow for a quiet late evening. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and lighting anything, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or threatening staff, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected via credit/debit card. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found in complete disorder may be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee.
