Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. One set of towels per person is provided.
