The house, over 100 years old, retains some of its original quirks despite updates. This rental includes the entire duplex, making it perfect for larger groups who desire privacy while being under one roof. Three bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor, with laundry in the basement. There is one bedroom and one half bathroom on the first floor. A futon in the office provides additional sleeping space, separated by a door from the bathroom. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave and on the street. We warmly welcome your furry family members with a pet-friendly policy allowing a maximum of two pets. Undisclosed pets will result in a fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats allowed to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can maintain the home in top condition for all visitors. Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Kamm's Corners, you can easily walk to local parks, shops, restaurants, and bars. The downtown area is just a quick 15-minute drive away, the airport only 10 minutes, and the Cleveland Clinic main campus is 20 miles away. The basement may have a slight "wet" smell during rainy periods, managed by two dehumidifiers. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but smoking areas are available outside. There is a strict no-party and no-event policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Undisclosed pets will result in a fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats allowed. No underage consumption or drugs. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. A small list of checkout instructions is provided, which are not mandatory but appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
