Three bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor, with laundry in the basement. There is one bedroom and one half bathroom on the first floor. A futon in the office provides additional sleeping space, separated by a door from the bathroom. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave and on the street. We warmly welcome your furry family members with a pet-friendly policy allowing a maximum of two pets. Undisclosed pets will result in a fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats allowed to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can maintain the home in top condition for all visitors. There is a strict no-party and no-event policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside.
