Located 3 minutes from I-95 and less than 5 minutes from I-16, getting around is very quick. Less than 20 minutes from downtown Savannah and 40 minutes from Tybee Island Beach. Do not use the fireplace inside the home. Be respectful of the property and the neighbors in this quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The driveway fits 4 cars, and parking on the street is not allowed. No parties or events are permitted. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed number will incur a $150/night fee. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $400 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Leave all common areas clean, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area tidy. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Do not engage in illegal activities on the property. No illegal substances. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval will incur an extra charge of $100. No refunds for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests age 18 years or older. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform during their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell at the front of the house for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as this may result in an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, but refills are the guest's responsibility.
