The primary suite features a king-size bed and its own full bathroom that opens directly onto the pool deck. Two family-friendly living rooms offer flat-screen TVs and ample seating. Step outside to your private pool, complete with a deck for lounging and grilling. The large, full kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a big breakfast or a quick snack. Adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas let you savor meals al fresco or under the comfort of the home’s interior. Exclusive access to Solterra water park, lazy river, slides, a resort-style pool, water slide, cabanas, lazy river, poolside café, a fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area are available. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. Nestled in beautiful Solterra Resort in Davenport, this home sits just five minutes from a supermarket and nearby stores. An IMAX theater and additional shopping are a short seven-minute drive away at Posner Park. Theme-park excitement is within easy reach: Disney is 12 mi, SeaWorld 16 mi, and Universal Studios 20 mi. World-class dining options are only a couple of miles from the resort. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. The home is not baby-proofed. Propane is provided by the guests. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dish-washing detergent, and sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil available for use.
