The condo includes two assigned parking spaces in the gated parking garage. Take the stairs down to the beach for an evening stroll, sunbathe by the complex's year-round heated swimming pool, or enjoy a game of tennis. The community offers a lap pool heated year-round, hot tubs, and tennis courts. The condo includes two parking spaces in the gated parking garage. The Solana Beach & Tennis Club complex sits on the Ocean Bluffs of Solana Beach and includes a large pool for lap swimming, two spas, four tennis courts, and a clubhouse. The condo comes with two parking spaces below the tennis courts, and beach access is conveniently located within the complex. Located just a short walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment, you'll have no problem finding your niche in Solana Beach. Nearby attractions include Del Mar Race Track, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Cedros Design District, USS Midway, and Balboa Park. The pool will be closed for February 2023 for resurfacing, but two hot tubs remain available. The condo does not have air conditioning, relying on the coastal breeze and fans. Occupancy is limited to six persons, including children. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and there are some steps throughout the complex to reach the front door and parking. Solana Beach & Tennis Club does not provide luggage carts. Starter kits of toiletries are provided, but supplies for the entire stay are not included. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans, and cooking utensils, but spices, oil, or perishables are not stocked. For work-from-home needs, a hot spot is recommended due to potential service interruptions.
