Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations, all within a short drive. It's just 23 minutes from MCO Airport, two minutes to Highway 192, four minutes to Walmart, and ten minutes to International Drive and Orlando Premium Outlets. A short five-minute drive brings you to Starbucks, and a variety of local shops and restaurants are within close distance. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to two cars may park in available parking spaces in front of the home. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. Please refrain from moving the furniture within the property. If the furniture is not returned to its original position, an additional fee may be charged to cover the cost of the extra time and effort required to rearrange the furniture. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind.
