This studio apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Enjoy access to the building's fitness center with strength and cardio rooms. The apartment also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Ample paid street parking is available. Paid garage parking is available for stays longer than 7 days. An additional pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, for a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. You are also steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of the full kitchen. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM; a $75/hr late fee applies. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
