Up to two dogs of non-aggressive breeds and under 60 lbs each are allowed upon approval and payment of a $115 pet fee. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood or spend the day shopping, dining, and enjoying the white sand beaches easily accessed by bike or golf cart. The home is a short walk from beach access and a public boat ramp with lagoon and gulf access. Local spots include St. Andrew's State Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Dat Cajun Place, Liza's Kitchen, Finn's Island Style Grub & Barista Bar, Patches Pub, Diego's Burrito Factory, Paparazzi Pizza, Panama City Beach Winery, Gypsea Crepes, Sue's Thai Cafe, and Andy's Flour Power Cafe and Bakery. There is a strict 8-person capacity limit, and anyone exceeding this limit will be subject to immediate discontinuation of their reservation without refund.
