Up to two dogs of non-aggressive breeds and under 60 lbs each are allowed upon approval and payment of a $115 pet fee. The home is a short walk from beach access and a public boat ramp with lagoon and gulf access. There is a strict 8-person capacity limit, and anyone exceeding this limit will be subject to immediate discontinuation of their reservation without refund.
