The home features a relaxing living room, large dining room, an original built-in reading bench, a dedicated game room, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and extra towels, ensuring you're fully set up for a perfect stay. The property offers a dedicated parking spot in the driveway, and if you pull all the way forward under the carport, you should be able to fit two cars. Additional parking is available on the street, which is usually free in front of the home. Located just one block from Florida Ave., this home is in the highly sought-after historic district of Seminole Heights. The quiet cobblestone streets make it perfect for an evening stroll to local restaurants or bars. Known as the foodie district of Tampa, Seminole Heights is central to all Tampa has to offer. Guests can easily walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, or take a short drive to downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, and Armature Works. No smoking inside the home; evidence of smoking will result in an $800 fee for air remediation and cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts that delay cleaning will incur a $100 fee. This is a community, not a hotel, so please respect the property and keep it reasonably clean before you leave. Broken, damaged, stained, or missing items will result in additional charges.
