Pet stays are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 night stays, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ night stays. Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, and late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, all subject to approval. A smartphone is required for the entire trip, as the building locks work through a smartphone application. Amenities outside of the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance. Strategically located in the vibrant Channelside area, this apartment puts you in close proximity to Tampa’s dynamic downtown, a plethora of entertainment options, and iconic stadiums. Whether you're looking to explore the city's rich cultural tapestry or simply enjoy the convenience of having top-tier dining and shopping venues within walking distance, this location serves as the perfect base. Downtown Tampa is just a short drive away, offering a mix of professional and leisure opportunities. Explore an array of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues right at your doorstep. Catch a game or event at one of the nearby stadiums, a testament to Tampa's vibrant sports scene. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas, but not inside the apartment. The pet rules policy includes a pet weight limit of 35 lbs, a prohibition on Pitbulls, a requirement that all pets must be housetrained, and a rule that pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends. Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation, per building rules. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
