The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room and is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths. One parking space is included. For units that permit pets, an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, and 30+ Nights: additional $300. This property participates in the Pooprints program at a cost of $50 per pet, which is a one-time charge. The pet will need to be registered, and a photo of the pet as well as the vaccination records will be needed. Nestled along the picturesque banks of the Salt River in Tempe, Arizona, the neighborhood offers a perfect blend of urban vibrancy and natural beauty. This centrally located apartment provides easy access to the vibrant heart of Tempe, known for its lively atmosphere and cultural attractions. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the iconic Tempe Town Lake, where you can enjoy boating, biking, and walking trails. The neighborhood is also a haven for food enthusiasts, with an array of restaurants, cafes, and bars. The nearby Mill Avenue District boasts an array of shops, theaters, and live music venues. Guest verification is required, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called, and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a $500 fine per occurrence if a pet defecated and it was not picked up after. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. There are noise monitors installed in our units that measure the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
