Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay.
